Our extended team includes enJOY arts, our in-house creative partners. Based at Elizabeth Gaskell’s House, enJOY arts specialise in creating performances with community groups and have a track record of success in engaging those who may be considered ‘hard to reach’ or marginalised. Erica Adkins and Naomi Chastin “love creating theatre in unexpected places with people who might not normally consider themselves performers!”. Events Coordinator for Elizabeth Gaskell’s House and The Pankhurst Centre

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to take responsibility for delivering events at Elizabeth Gaskell’s House and The Pankhurst Centre. This is an exciting new role working across two major Manchester heritage sites to deliver a programme of events throughout the year.

Location: The role is predominantly based at Elizabeth Gaskell’s House, 84 Plymouth Grove, Manchester, M13 9LW (The Pankhurst Centre is a 5 minute walk from Elizabeth Gaskell’s House)
Hours: 3 days a week (Core days – Wednesday & Thursday) – must be able to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
Salary: £12,000 pa Term: Fixed term until 31 July 2018
