Families can explore Elizabeth Gaskell’s historic garden via an outdoor trail.
Scan the QR codes to discover fun facts, interesting stories and games to play hidden in the garden belonging to one of Manchester’s best loved writers.
Free Paper versions of the trail are also available to pick up from the basement.
During the summer holidays there will also be Victorian games out on the lawn. These will include croquet, skipping ropes and skittles.
This House and garden are open every Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, 11am-4.30pm (last entry 3pm).
