Celebrating the life and literature of Elizabeth Gaskell, one of the UK’s most important Victorian writers. A restored Victorian middle-class house just one mile from the city centre.


This beautifully restored home has spectacular period rooms, villa garden, changing exhibitions and a Tea Room for visitors to enjoy. Booking advised.
