A hands-on experience that will introduce you to the world of the writer Elizabeth Gaskell and her family through historic period rooms, Victorian style garden, expert guides and changing exhibitions.

Open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday via timed entry from 11am until 3pm.
Booking Essential.

Pre-booking online is essential when visiting the House.
Please note last entry to the House on Thursday 4 June will be 2.30pm.
