The Gaskell Singers Takeover

The Gaskell Singers choir returns this spring with a musical takeover of Elizabeth Gaskell’s House.

Join a unique private tour through the restored Victorian rooms with a musical showcase from our very own Gaskell Singers.

This special expert tour with performances will take place on Wednesday 6 May, 2-3.30pm.

The Gaskell Singers is a choir of acapella singers and composers from the University of Manchester’s Chorus. You may have seen them during our Victorian Christmas experience. Now they are bringing you new compositions inspired by the stories of the House.

See them in action on their Instagram @gaskellsingers.

Why not make a day of it? Our Tea Room will be open both before and after the tour, so plenty of time to grab a cuppa and delicious cake.

Tickets are limited, so don’t miss out!

The tour will start promptly at 2pm and finish at approximately 3:30pm.

Please note that there is limited seating in each room.

£15 per person.
