First Edition Thursdays: Christmas Stories
Visitors during autumn will get an extra special treat, as our volunteers will be showcasing a different rare book from our collections store every week.
On this day you can view this collection of Christmas Stories, written by Elizabeth Gaskell’s fellow-writer, Charles Dickens. A tasty little morsel to get you in the mood for Christmas at Elizabeth Gaskell’s House.
Available free as part of your usual visit, book any afternoon slot (tickets valid for 12 months).
