To misquote Elizabeth ‘we’ve got a brown sign Yes! we really have’.
It’s taken us three years, but we finally have brown signs from Upper Brook Street and the A6 directing people to Elizabeth Gaskell’s House for open days, group tours, room hire and events.
A Big thank you to all who helped us along the way.
